Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer to join our Herman Construction Group team, a subsidiary of BBCH. Scope Of Work
Replacement of the third-floor roof, elevator machine room, penthouse, roof above the operating room, and roof on the single-story addition of the care center. Scope includes demolition, roof drain replacement, new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofs, flashing, mechanical equipment removal and reinstallation, electrical removal and reinstallation, and interior finishes.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
