SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, analyze, and maintain project work plans and schedules. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for forecasting project timelines, tracking schedule progress, and assessing schedule impacts due to project changes. This role requires strong expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Project to ensure the timely and efficient execution of project scheduling activities.

Duties / Responsibilities :
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and communicating project work plans, ensuring schedule accuracy and compliance with project goals. This includes preparing, analyzing, and forecasting project schedules, collecting and inputting timely and accurate data for schedule development, and performing schedule updates and impact assessments. The role requires expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Project, allowing for effective planning and schedule tracking. Additionally, the Project Scheduler will support project teams with analysis of schedule adjustments, ensuring that scheduling data aligns with project milestones and critical deadlines. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
