Engineer - Mechanical / Electrical

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with expertise in design, systems integration, and program management to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in CREO, ANSYS structural analysis, and knowledge of both mechanical and electrical components and systems. This role involves the interpretation and creation of complex component and assembly drawings, as well as integration of electrical circuits into mechanical systems. The position requires strong communication skills, an understanding of manufacturing processes, and knowledge of aerodynamics.

This position will be located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize CREO or equivalent CAD software to design, interpret, and create component and assembly drawings.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and kinematic analysis to ensure the accuracy and functionality of mechanical systems.
• Conduct structural analysis using ANSYS or equivalent software to validate mechanical designs.
• Integrate electrical circuits, components, and assemblies into mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage engineering programs, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met while overseeing multiple tasks.
• Present technical findings, updates, and reports to both internal teams and external clients.
• Apply knowledge of aerodynamics to influence system designs for optimized performance.
• Understand and apply manufacturing principles to ensure designs are optimized for production, reducing time and cost.
• Ensure compliance with standard drawing practices and provide technical guidance on interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
