Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all linens and laundry items are impeccably cleaned and presented. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain an organized laundry area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring that garments are treated with care.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a personal care home or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
