In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's working to deliver key portfolio priorities for our Cell Therapy Organization. You'll partner with medical leads to develop, execute, and review Medical Affairs functions involved in global brand, launch, and Medical Affairs plans.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and communicating the Medical view effectively in global medical and marketing planning;
- Maintaining Medical plans, managing dependencies across functions, and providing transparency to medical leads and senior leaders;
- Preparing comprehensive project plans and progress reports for team leads, senior management, and other stakeholders;
- Tracking and measuring performance, identifying risk areas or barriers impeding successful execution;
- Partnering with Medical Team Lead/core team to facilitate medical matrix team meetings;
- Ensuring key actions and agreements are understood, and the team is held accountable for their commitments;
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, Commercial, Hematology, and Cell Therapy Medical team members;
- Ensuring Medical Team members are fully represented in the decision-making process and knowledge exchange is taking place;
- Training and onboarding new project managers, junior level support, and/or contingent workers.
We're looking for someone with a strong science background and advanced project management skills. You should have experience in matrix management, budget management, metrics, and senior leadership communication. Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and analytics & business intelligence tools, are also highly desired.
