**Job Requirements**
- BS/BA required; 5 years industry experience required (research in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academics preferred)
- Advanced project management skills and relevant experience on matrix management, budget management, metrics, senior leadership communication
- Ability to lead and engage in complex strategic scientific discussions to develop/summarize clear follow-up/action plans, to execute and drive performance
