As a Senior Medical Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by providing deep disease state knowledge in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, leadership, and direction to the US Medical team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac imaging and clinical cardiology, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. You will work closely with the medical matrix and Regional Echo Liaisons to focus on strategy, planning, development, and implementation of the US medical plan. This role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to identify and understand complex issues, and the capacity to lead and manage a complex project team.
As a Senior Medical Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the US medical plan, which aligns with US Commercialization (USC) and WW Medical (WWM) strategies. You will also oversee a field team of sonographers, identify US medical data generation strategies, and collaborate with Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) to execute Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) programs. Additionally, you will work with the Executive Director on various projects, providing independent thought and initiative in the further development of specific projects and ensuing presentations and status updates.
