Job Title:
Environmental, Health and Safety Senior Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local environmental, safety, medical surveillance and sustainability laws, regulations, codes, rules, and consensus guides.
- Develops and implements new EHS programs, policies, and procedures and updates and improves existing ones.
- Develops, creates, maintains, and distributes EHS reports, and records as assigned.
- Creates and maintains a systemic process to ensure workflow timelines for EHS events and action plans are adhered to including mechanisms for EHS performance and trend reports.
- Supports day-to-day activities in one or more operational functions across the Devens campus.
- Participates in and shows leadership in an EHS culture at the site that partners with operational teams to ensure all are accountable for EHS culture and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.S. Degree in environmental studies, health & safety, science or engineering.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of prior EHS Experience.
- Proficient with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 4 years' experience with incidents and/or learning systems databases.
- Minimum 4 years' experience related to the EHS federal and state regulations.
