SUMMARY:
The administrator selected for the position will support school operations at the K-8 level with responsibilities inclusive of, but not limited to supervision of the students and staff, the execution of the School Improvement Plan, and will be a key member in supporting climate and culture.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This administrator carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Board of Education policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
