- Books meeting rooms, set up conferences/meetings
- Process purchase requisitions from all funding sources and MUNIS-generated requests
- Check in merchandise and label for delivery
- Checks Grant Timesheets for accuracy and forwards to Payroll
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos, and letters
- Process all printing requests
- Responsible for ordering standard supplies and printed forms
- Order and maintain supplies for Finance Office
- Document financial information
- Organize and distribute messages
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks regarding Student Activity Accounts
- Assist with presentations and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Maintain accurate files, records, and accounts in electronic spreadsheet format
- Compile and submit reports as required
- Maintain general office files
- Assist in inputting data into the MUNIS computer system for accounting
- Must have excellent time-management skills and be able to multitask

SUMMARY:
Responsible for secretarial duties in connection with the finance department of the school district.
In addition, this person supports grants management and other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Operations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts appropriate to the position.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Basic knowledge and experience with job-related computer hardware and software applications. Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and related software.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems.
