Seeking a warm, welcoming, professional associate to will provide the best possible guest experience at the front desk.
Job Responsibilities include: Checking guests in and out, resolving guest grievances, answering telephone, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times by responding to all needs promptly to provide the best possible experience, ablility to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
Skill Requirements: Cash handling, basic office equipment, computer knowledge, telephone skills, safety, security, PCI / Credit Card understanding.
Physical Requirements: Standing long periods of time, walking, twisting, bending, lifting, kneeling, and stooping as needed.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
