- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines across digital and print formats.
- Work closely with hotel teams to ensure on-site branding meets company standards.
- Support the marketing team in developing creative assets that enhance brand storytelling.
- Assist in creating templates and toolkits for internal teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Liaise with the design team and print suppliers to ensure high-quality branded materials.
- Support marketing campaigns by ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct regular brand audits across digital and physical materials.
- Identify and address inconsistencies in branding and messaging.
- Report on brand compliance and suggest improvements where needed.
About You
- Experience in a branding, marketing, or a design-related role.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for consistency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site businesses.
- Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
