What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead AV Technician position at BRITE AV SOLUTIONS?
Brite AV Solutions is hiring a full-time Lead AV Technician to join our fast-growing company. Brite AV provides installation and service for high-end home and commercial AV systems. Technicians are an vital part of our team that works together to ensure successful installation of all phases on our projects.

General knowledge of the construction industry with specific skills in low voltage prewire, and installation are required. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards and quality. You should have a strong understanding of system functions and be able to diagnose problems associated with home automation systems including Audio/Video, Networks, Security, Shades, Lighting, & CCTV. Experience with Savant, Control4, and/or Lutron is required to be successful.
Additional training will be provided as needed. We are looking for a qualified candidate that can grow with our team and is looking to build a career in a fast paced exciting industry.

- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate written and verbally to employees
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones
- Flexibility to travel occasionally or work overtime as needed
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; creative thinking
- Interact with employees, customers, and colleagues effectively on a professional-level
- Be a US Citizen
- Have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must own and have hand/power/testing tools necessary for the low voltage industry
- Pass drug screen and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
