Lead Technician
- Ability to manage and complete job tasks once handed off and walked through with Project management
- Able to communicate between client/builder/other trades and project management on any changes needed on the job
- Able to check off and give daily status reports on job progress
- Able to maintain and push crew to be able to accommodate deadlines
- Able to create and delegate task lists on job sites on a daily basis
- Able to perform all job tasks with exceptional workmanship and be able to train on how to replicate in a simple, learnable way
- Able to work in high pressure fast paced environment
- Able to work as a team and form productive questions to clarify or get any detailed information to perform job task
- Ability to train others in productive and efficient methods to not only provide top notch workmanship in a reasonable time limit, but to also provide top notch service that radiates professionalism
- Able to follow direction and tasks that are delegated to you from Team Members and Clients
- Take ownership and pride in your job and the tasks therein
- Have networking knowledge to setup, deploy, and service a residential network system
- Have some control system programming experience and the ability to service any or several of the following systems: Crestron, Savant, Control 4, or Lutron
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
