Position Overview: We seek a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our lead-generation efforts and drive growth for Brite Nites. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into leads. You will also continue to engage and nurture the relationship with our current clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape our digital marketing efforts and contribute to the brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Coordinate with the existing team to develop, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels (email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid ads).
- Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create lead magnet resources and optimize website content to enhance conversion rates.
- Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns to drive traffic, nurture leads, and maximize ROI.
- SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-site SEO, and develop off-site strategies to increase organic traffic and improve lead conversion.
- Email Marketing: Build and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, drip campaigns) to engage leads, educate them about Brite Nites' offerings, and convert them into customers.
- CRM and Lead Nurturing: Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems to track and nurture leads, segment audiences, and create targeted campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics to monitor performance, track key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA), and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Account Development teams to ensure leads are effectively handed off, followed up, and converted. Provide insights to improve the sales process and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms) is preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is also preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of key performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and proactively with ideas for campaigns that engage and convert prospects.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for different audience segments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
