Job Description: We're seeking tech-savvy lighting specialists for full-time positions (40 hours/week). You'll play a key role in transforming spaces with state-of-the-art RGB track lighting systems while providing exceptional client service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure RGB track lighting systems
  • Program and troubleshoot smart lighting control systems
  • Configure and maintain lighting control apps and software
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients
  • Document installation processes
  • Maintain project records using digital tools
  • Work efficiently with your team to complete projects on time
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with iPads/tablets and mobile technology
  • Experience with wireless networking and connectivity
  • Ability to use project management and communication apps
  • Understanding of smart lighting control systems
  • Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems
  • Installation Experience: Previous lighting installation experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
  • Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have your own way to get to work sites
  • Work Ethic: Committed to regular 40 hour work week
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential

  • Language Skills: Strong English required; Spanish language skills highly valued
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license

Work Environment:

  • Primarily outdoor work environments
  • Physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting
  • Ability to climb 30 ft extension ladder
