JOB SUMMARY
Brite, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) known for innovation in the technology space, is looking for a creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic storyteller will help develop and execute our content strategy, with a focus on creating solution-based collateral that educates, engages, and converts our audience. The ideal candidate will work with internal stakeholders to produce content for various channels, including blog posts, white papers, slide decks, success stories, social media posts, emails, videos, and more. This marketing specialist will have experience with cutting-edge AI tools and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics for our audience, aligning with Brite’s business goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Content Creation:
- Build compelling content to maximize engagement using generative AI and Brite’s knowledge base for blogs, customer case studies, white papers, and more.
- Curate and produce engaging newsletters for internal and external use.
- Leverage effective writing techniques to create thoughtful and convincing email communications for automated workflows.
- Create and manage dynamic presentations for each pillar of Brite’s business.
- Develop and maintain effective proposal templates.
- Expand Brite’s brand presence and reach across all channels, promoting company offerings to reach new audiences.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to unify marketing output.
- Aid with the visual design of promotional materials.
- Craft compelling ad copy and optimize based on performance.
- Collaborate on external press release communications for new organizational developments.
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Apply comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
- Work with web development teams to implement SEO best practices and improve site speed and user experience.
- Update and optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to enhance search engine visibility.
- Drive CRO to produce qualified inbound leads.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on digital engagement metrics for key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall digital marketing performance.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing the effectiveness of SEO/SEM efforts.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on SEO/SEM industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively recommend and implement strategies to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape.
OTHER DUTIES
- Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in a content marketing role supporting a growth-oriented business, preferably B2B.
- Relevant experience within the information technology industry and/or public safety vertical is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Marketing Platform, SEO tools (MOZ, SEM Rush, Mangools), automation software (Hubspot), WordPress (HTML/CSS), Adobe programs, and CRMs (Netsuite).
- Adept at leveraging generative AI in daily marketing tasks.
