BriteLife Recovery is a mission-centered behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality treatment services to individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and individualized care to our clients. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services and interventions that support overall health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and lead educational groups on topics such as relapse prevention and coping skills
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the level of care needed by each client
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field required
- Professional clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working in substance use disorders treatment strongly preferred
