We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at BriteLife Recovery. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Your Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled duties related to building trades, including painting, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and other recognized crafts. You will work collaboratively with our team to maintain and repair our facilities, ensuring they remain safe and comfortable for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform semi-skilled tasks related to maintenance, repair, and construction work
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and locksmith work
- Prepare and paint walls and woodwork, install or repair carpet and flooring, and perform custodial duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Preferred: Two years' experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation
- Organizational and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to push/lift 50 pounds, bend at the waist, sit, kneel, climb, walk, crouch, and perform other repeated body movements as required
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and climb ladders
