A kind family is seeking a temporary nanny to assist with their 5-month-old son while they visit NYC for the next seven weeks. The family will be staying at their apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The schedule for this position is very flexible but they require morning coverage. The family is seeking seven day care for this time period but is open to part-time or full-time. Mornings are required.
Responsibilities
The family is looking for a NYC savvy nanny who can pro-actively keep the baby engaged and happy.
- Plan and execute outings and activities on a daily basis such as parks and more as well as keeping him on schedule
- Collaborate with parents in scheduling
Qualifications
- High-energy and engaging with children
- Discreet and quiet in the home
- Proactive and communicative
- Ability to work 7 days per week for 7 weeks is a major plus
Requirements
- Experience with infants
- Availability to work mornings
- Local to Brooklyn and familiar with the area
Salary and Benefits
- $40-$45 per hour. Up to 40 hours per week guaranteed
