Overview
A loving family in Irvine, CA, is seeking a full-time, experienced, live-in nanny (but would consider live-out for the right candidate) to help with the fun chaos of raising a family and caring for their two children, ages 1 yr (girl) and 3 yr (boy). The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30am-6:30pm. Flexibility on the start date will be discussed with the candidate.
Responsibilities
- Live-in is preferred. Accommodations include a private bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The nanny has free range to use the kitchen, living areas, yard, etc.
- Driving children to/from school activities
- Cooking for the children - (A Jewish household, so no pork or shellfish)
- Running errands
- Children's laundry
- Picking up after the children and tidying up their rooms
Qualifications
- Loving and gentle
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communicator
- Focused on helping the children hit developmental milestones
- The ability to speak a second language is a plus!
Requirements
- Must be legal to work in the US
- Fully vaccinated - Covid flu and if/when we have another newborn in the house, TDAP as well
- Driver's License - valid and clean
- Seeking longevity
- Prior experience working with toddlers
- Multiple children experience
- Tech-savvy
- Passport ready to travel - domestic/internationally
- Comfortable swimming
