Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist at British Swim School, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience by providing exceptional service and support. This position is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of promoting water safety and ensuring that every swimmer feels welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Complete British Swim School Customer Experience training.
- Provide outstanding customer service by getting to know our swim families and addressing inquiries/concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the swim program.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our students and families
- Promote British Swim School programs to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our teaching methods.
- Embody our core values in all interactions, ensuring enthusiasm, reliability, rapport-building, coachability, resourcefulness, and commitment to the brand are at the forefront of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
