- Answer Incoming Calls : Be the first point of contact for potential students and parents, answering their questions and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Enroll New Students : Assist with the enrollment of new students, ensuring all required information is collected and processed.
- Provide Information : Explain available programs, schedules, and benefits to prospective students and parents.
- Resolve Inquiries : Address questions, resolve any issues, and ensure a smooth transition for students into their new classes.
