Aquatic Instructor for Adaptive Swim Programs
We provide swim lessons and water safety skills to children and adults with disabilities. Our team members play a vital role in combating the high child drowning statistics within our communities.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children and/or adults with special needs is required.
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or Behavior Therapist with children and/or adults with special needs is highly desirable.
You will need to be comfortable in and around the water. You will also need to complete all required British Swim School Aquatics-specific training and testing, which will be covered by us.
Certifications
- Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) are preferred but can be obtained during your training.
