Most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged children and our staff enjoy working with this young age group while also putting parents at ease. Experience working with children or in a child- oriented business is preferred, although not necessary if you can demonstrate the desired attitude. This position includes paid, structured training in our highly developed British Swim School methodology.
POSITION
SWIM INSTRUCTOR (we'll train you!)
COMPENSATION
18 - $22 per hour
Upon completing the training program, Swim Instructors teach water acclimation, survival, and stroke development skills to students of all ages and abilities. In this role, you will ensure British Swim School safety policies & procedures are followed and attend periodic, in-service trainings to remain up to date on British Swim School standards.

It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
