Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and assertive individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team as Deck Ambassadors. As a Deck Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless operations at our pool locations, and promoting our services to families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and provide top-notch service to ensure retention of families and attract new customers.
- Ensure adherence to British Swim School policies and procedures, guaranteeing that families' expectations are met and exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our programs, services, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including pool decks, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist instructors and support staff as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Disciplined and self-motivated individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
