Your Role as a Swim Instructor:
Lead engaging swim lessons for individuals and groups, tailoring your instruction to meet diverse skill levels. Educate students on water safety, swimming techniques, and personal responsibility in aquatic settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver swimming lessons in accordance with British Swim School standards.
- Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the swim area.
- Build strong relationships with our school families by being cross-trained for DA and Site Support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic Attitude: A love for teaching and being in the water is essential!
- Water Comfort: Strong swimming skills are a plus, but we can teach you!
- Experience with Children: Previous experience in educational or recreational settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with students of various ages.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification is required within 90 days of hire, and you must maintain all necessary certifications throughout your employment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
