We’re on the hunt for a Sales and Customer Service Specialist who can help us enhance customer satisfaction and boost new enrollments. In this exciting position, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound communications, deliver exceptional service, and promote our fantastic swim programs to new families!

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, turning prospects into our newest happy swimmers.
- Proactively reach out to new leads, referrals, and past customers to drive enrollment growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional programs that enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Freshdesk) efficiently and implement new processes to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in customer service and phone sales roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry (experience with JackRabbit and/or other scheduling software)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-motivated problem solver with a strong drive for success.
- Availability to work primarily Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
- Hybrid work model: Must be able to work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- In-person collaboration required at least once per week (or bi-weekly based on business needs) at our office or designated location.
- Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus!
