What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor position at British Swim School?
```Duties```
- Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and conduct swim lessons in accordance with established curriculum
- Ensure the safety of all students during swim lessons
- Evaluate and track student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized swim area
```Skills```
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
- Experience working with children and/or teaching experience
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with children
- Familiarity with sports coaching or other instructional roles (e.g., martial arts, judo, cheerleading)
- Ability to climb in and out of the pool multiple times during each lesson
- Basic childcare skills, including diaper changing and assisting with restroom breaks
