WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Lead Manager - AEM Content Developer
SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Level
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Winston-Salem, NC
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Marketing - Activation (New categories)
The AEM Content Developer will work within the Consumer Experience team to support multiple business units in a variety of different capacities.
Reports to: Senior Manager Content Delivery
Reporting Level: No Direct Reports
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Site migration strategy development
- Building new content/pages and editing existing content utilizing existing components and target capabilities.
- Inventory pages and audit content for quality/relevance/suitability.
- Develop migration plan and socialize with business owners and other key stakeholders.
- Work with project manager to document project timelines and key deliverables.
- Content editing/documentation
- Identify and document content to be migrated to AEM CMS.
- Make necessary updates to account for new brand styles, new navigation patterns, etc.
- Revise/rewrite content for a limited set of high-level pages that must be redesigned.
- CMS page authoring
- Create new pages in AEM using a standard set of page grids, containers and components.
- Lay out pages in AEM and populate with content, images, disclosures, etc.
- Collaborate with UX design team colleagues on any necessary mock-ups or image assets.
- Cooperate with business owners and compliance reviewers to make any required revisions.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Are you proficient with the Adobe Experience Manager platform?
- Are you fluent with HTML/CSS?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Hands on with Adobe AEM platform and must have experience in building consumer facing websites using AEM
- Experience with user-centric design from concept to delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient knowledge of front-end coding languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience writing a variety of digital content for instructional, transactional, and marketing experiences – including navigation labels, form fields labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help messages, alert messages and FAQs.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant experience.
