WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Leadership in the development and execution of analytic plans and interpretation and review of quantitative results
- Data management with a focus on regulatory reporting requirements
- Project management across multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Responding quickly and with quality to time-sensitive deliverables
- Versatility in a fast-paced environment

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of master’s level education in social/behavioral science, public health, or other quantitative/methodological-focused field; OR minimum of ~3 years of years of regulatory science or analytic professional experience
- Advanced analytical skills including interpreting results and communicating results to a range of audiences
- Experience in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing evidence
- Understanding of survey instrumentation development and psychometrics
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Statistical programming experience
