Anesthesiologist CRNA

Overview:

We are a growing hospital-employed Anesthesia group with 8 anesthesiologists and 20 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Our team offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)
• Vacation: 272 hours PTO
• CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000
• Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes. No matching.
• Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $30,500 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
• Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
• Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate
• Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary
• Student Loan Reimbursement: repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
• Overtime Pay: (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
• Evening Differential: Monday to Thursday after 4:00 p.m.
• Weekend Differential: Friday after 4:00 p.m. to Monday prior to 7:00 a.m.
• On call premium pay
