Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our rural health clinic in Northeastern California. The Mid-level Provider is responsible for the assessment, medical case management, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and referral of clinic patients.
- Join 6 Family Medicine physicians, NAs, MAs, LVNs, RNs, 4 NPs and PAs, two general surgeons in Rural Health Clinic in beautiful NE Sierra Mountains
- Outpatient only possible
- 25-bed critical access hospital

- 24 / 7 physician-staffed ED
