Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our healthcare team. This individual will collaborate with experienced Advanced Practitioners to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the Care Team to achieve patient care objectives and ensure continuity of care for patients and families.
Work Environment:
- Full-time opportunity with 36 patient contact hours per week.
- Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.
- Average clinic patients per day: 16-20.
