Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our multi-provider, outpatient primary care practice.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an adult population (18 years old) on a full-time basis. The practice operates 100% outpatient and combines in-office visits with virtual telehealth sessions (3 days office-based, 2 days remote).
This hybrid position offers an excellent work-life balance, with infrequent phone calls outside of regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adults
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
