Job Title: Medical Oncology Specialist
Location: Coastal Region
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the coastal region due to growing demand for cancer care services.
Position Overview:
- Outpatient clinical role with no inpatient responsibilities
- Standard office hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm)
Benefits and Support:
- Protected administrative time (4.5 days clinic time and 0.5 day admin time per week)
- 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours
- No call responsibilities for this role
- Access to a dedicated nurse and collaboration with the oncology nursing team
Practice Settings:
- 40% Oncology and 60% Hematology
- Visit types: Chemotherapy management, follow-up visits, symptom management, and routine check-ups for ongoing cancer treatment
- Procedures: Assist with bone marrow biopsies, administration of chemotherapy, and management of port care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year based on experience
