Britt Medical Search is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a rural setting. Salary and Benefits
- A competitive yearly salary ranging between $131,000 - $152,000 based on experience, plus a monthly wRVU bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including general procedures such as sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removals, women's health, and internal medicine care
- Work closely with a full-time physician and two PAs in a multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- Participate in lab draw, X-ray, anticoag, dietary, and behavioral health services available on-site
- Manage a high-volume caseload with average 20-25 patients per day
- Document patient records thoroughly and maintain comprehensive records using EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of longitudinal experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Comfortable treating patients across all age ranges and internal medicine patients
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients and families
- Provider willing to reside in Grant County, Washington
- Full COVID-19 vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions considered upon request
