**Job Description:
We are seeking a patient-centered BC/BE OB/GYN to join our practice northwest of Duluth, MN. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- The selected candidate will work 1:4 community call.
- They will be supported by an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner and enjoy a balanced workload.
- On average, the doctor will see 18 patients per day in clinic and perform 300 deliveries per year at the hospital.
- The hospital has three Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum suites.
- The organization offers a minimum of six weeks off per year.
- A nurse online triage service is available 24/7.
- The hospital provides various amenities, including epidurals, intrathecal anesthesia, and nitrous oxide.
- Clinic RN triage and lactation consultant support are also available.
- The multi-specialty clinic offers a wide range of services, including full-service laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cancer center, regional heart center, and warfarin clinic.
