Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join our practice at {company}.

- Candidates must be BC/BE in Anesthesia or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), with a subspecialty in Pain.
- Fellowship training in Pain is preferred.
- Residency training in Anesthesia or PM&R is required.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a broad spectrum of surgical and medical treatment options.

Package
- A standard term of 5 years.
