We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to lead our care team, working collaboratively with Advanced Practitioners to provide patient-centered care and exceptional customer service. This challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients.
Key Highlights:
- Full-time opportunity with 36 patient contact hours per week.
- Hours: Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm.
- Average clinic patients per day: 16-20.
- Limited call coverage includes phone calls for nursing home and VA home questions, as well as after-hours critical lab callbacks.
- Call coverage rotation is 1:4 with other local providers.
- We utilize the Epic electronic medical record system.
- On-site services include Diabetes Educator, Path/Lab, and Radiology/Imaging Services.
- Outreach services include Podiatry, OB/GYN, and General Surgery.
