About the Opportunity
Britt Medical Search is seeking a highly skilled Rural Medicine Specialist to join our physician-owned medical practice in west central MN.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician to work as part of our team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through outpatient and inpatient services, with a focus on traditional family practice at our community hospital.
- Work a 4-day workweek with flexible patient scheduling to ensure efficient use of time and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in a supportive environment that welcomes new residents and offers J-1 (2023) & H1B visa sponsorship.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 other MDs & 5 Advanced Practice Providers to achieve shared goals and provide comprehensive care.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
