Job Description:
A regional referral center hospital in northern Idaho seeks a board eligible/certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care to practice here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and expand emergency general surgery, trauma surgery, and surgical critical care programs
- Collaborate with a team of 10 dedicated general surgeons and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Shift Details:
- Full-time Surgicalist with 168 shifts per year
- Covering the trauma and acute care surgery service and follow-up clinic
- After-hours night call of 6 nights per month
