Outpatient primary care Nurse Practitioner opening for Illwaco, WA clinic. Join an excellent team of providers and caregivers that are committed to their community and to their colleagues.

• Mix of outpatient and walk-in clinic
• Small primary care panel
• 2-3 days per week in the walk-in clinic (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday) with other 1-2 days in outpatient primary care (can do 2/2 - 4/10 hours days)
• Must have an interest in or experience with health/ACO work, along with working in a rural area
• EPIC EMR experience a plus!
