What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urology Nurse Practitioner position at Britt Medical Search?
Health System near the Wisconsin / Illinois border is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology team!
This role includes clinic visits, providing support to clinic MD s & advice to Clinical Support Staff (RN & MA s) along with occasionally assisting MD s for clinic procedures and surgical cases at the hospital.
- New Grads are welcome to apply
- Urology experience is helpful - NOT required
- Provide high-quality patient care as a member of our urology team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Primarily outpatient / clinic with the potential if inpatient rounding / consults and first assisting
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
- Call 10 days per month
