Cleaning Technician - On Call (Independent Contractor)

Britt Spritz Professional Cleaning is currently seeking hardworking and reliable residential and commercial independent contract cleaners to join our team on an on call bases. You will be covering shifts in the event that another Cleaning Technician calls out or is unavailable.

You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the Tomball locations you want to work in. We do cleans all across Tomball and surrounding cities. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs.

Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. Cleaning is hard work and we want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Employer will inform the applicant of details on the first interview.

General Responsibilities:

-Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces across Tomball and surrounding areas

- Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment

-Communicate with our support team to coordinate appointments and resolve any customer service issues

-Have superb time management

-Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 years of cleaning experience required

-Fluency in English is essential

-Must have or be willing to obtain General Business Liability Insurance typically approx $50/mth(protects against customer damages, etc)**********Required**********

-Willingness to travel at most about 20 miles in your own vehicle to clients’ homes or Commercial office

- Must have cleaning supplies and be ready to go to client’s office or residence on call ******* Required********

-Understand and accept the subcontractor nature of the position, with scheduling based on availability

-Willingness and ability to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check
