We are seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team at Brittany Manor , where you will coordinate and deliver enrichment programs for facility guests. Your daily responsibilities will include planning field trips, games, crafts, and holiday celebrations.
You will assist the Director of Activities in implementing our activities program.

Responsibilities :
Design activity programs tailored to meet the needs and interests of each guest.
Assist guests during activity programs and outings as scheduled.
Maintain positive relationships with family members of guests and encourage their involvement in programs.
Accurately record guest attendance and participation in individual and group activities.
Support guests in meeting their individual needs, preferences, routines, and choices.
Requirements :
High school diploma required
