What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025 BWMS CampU-Math Interventionist position at Brittany Woods Middle School?
Qualifications:
Teaching candidates must be able to monitor student progress and communicate progress with the student and parents while assisting with content-related support as needed.
Candidates must hold a valid 6-8 Missouri teaching certification in the required content area for the duration of the summer program for all positions.
Dates of Summer Learning include:
- Staff PD and Workdays on June 5th-June 6th, 2025
- Student learning from June 9th-July 3rd, 2025
- Contract Time Mon-Thurs 7:45am-12:15pm
- NO FRIDAYS & No School June 19th (Juneteenth observed)
- Staff are paid for days worked/hourly; no pay for days not worked
- Prior to June 5th each site will have staff meetings and collaborative planning time for up to an additional 6 hours of pay to be determined by the Administrative Intern
- Positions contingent upon enrollment
Compensation:
- The School District of University City offers a competitive salary of $30-$32/hr for the Math Interventionist
Pay Dates:
- Days worked June 5th-June 12th will be paid on June 20th
- Days worked June 16th-July 3rd will be paid on July 11th
