What We Seek...
We are looking for someone with a passion for content creation and social media marketing to take on the role of Content Marketer. The Content Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing our content marketing and social media strategy. This includes producing content on our website(s) like case studies/blog posts and social media marketing initiatives across Britten’s product portfolio. Our content strategy is primarily focused on highlighting recent work, our people, customers and telling the Britten story. You will be required to collaborate with internal teams and customers to capture videos, photos and copy to build a content pipeline and develop a content calendar.

Job Summary and Job Functions
- Work with sales, leadership and key stakeholders to identify, define and plan our content/social media marketing strategy across the organization
- Take ownership over the content and social media marketing processes and execute the strategy for our company social media accounts and business leaders
- Create and manage the social media and content calendar to support all business units (Britten, BoxPop, BannerSaver, Foam, Woodworks)
- Possess a strong understanding of the company’s brand strategy, messaging, and copywriting style to develop tailored messaging/copy
- Ensure all social media and content marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Partner with sales team and leadership to gather information about projects to highlight through social media
- Identify specific markets, groups and job titles to target with paid social ads to grow following and engagement
- Measure and report out monthly and annual metrics tied to company objectives
- Work with outside vendors as needed to ensure data and integrations are working
- Capture video and photos of projects and events, this may require some travel
- Partner with sales team to build out compelling content and messaging
- Formulate a plan for how we leverage SalesForce and Apollo data to create effective social media marketing initiatives and paid social campaigns.
- Responsible for monthly website content which includes case studies and blogs.
- Work with the marketing team to build monthly internal and external newsletters.
- Manage data integrity, quality and clean-up in collaboration with Sales/IT.
- Monitor Salesforce data and processes in collaboration with Sales/Leadership/IT

Requirements
- BA/BFA in Marketing, Graphic Design, English or related experience preferred
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and AI is a plus
- 2-3 years of social media and/or content marketing experience
- Creative skills: video production, photography, copywriting and AI
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and strategy
- Basic knowledge of search engine marketing and SEO best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication as well as listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Effective time management, organizational and project planning skills
- Ambitious to improve both yourself and the business
- Demonstrate effective teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and relationship building
- Approaches work with enthusiasm, maintains a positive outlook and is self-reliant
