We are looking for a motivated individual who will drive to ensure the success of Print, Hardware and Installation projects within Britten Inc. The Print Project Manager will execute phenomenal communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills to manage large volumes of information, meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders from project kickoff to installation. This individual will also strive to provide a world-class experience for our clients by working closely with sales, design, engineering and operations across multiple facilities to ensure a flawless execution of projects.

Job Summary and Job Functions
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in working to establish a rapport with all clients
- Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure smooth flow of project operations
- Ability to manage a high volume of information
- Update software systems with accurate information pertaining to project details, including materials and delivery information
- Ownership and continuous communication that coordinates accurate and timely production, delivery, and installation of projects
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets related to projects as needed
- Work together, as part of an inclusive team, to meet and exceed individual & company profitability goals
- Maintain a pulse on project details and work with sales on scope changes and change orders, while communicating updates to the client
- Works with Sales and Accounting to ensure complete, timely, and accurate billing of projects
- Operates with a sense of urgency to meet short deadlines without compromising quality
- Able to function as the point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a high-quality experience and are delivered a quality product
- Act as a brand ambassador, by developing relationships with clients and teammates to support partnership and success
- Participates in initiatives aligned with moving the company forward through process development and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Project Management experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce preferred
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner
- Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
- Exhibits strong organizational skills
- Relentless passion to delight our customers and work as a team that is committed to achieving team goals
- Effective verbal and written communication as well as listening skills, communicate respectfully with others
- Maintain a high level of respect and communication with internal and external clients
