Job Description
We are seeking a Spanish speaking receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Minneapolis office. Job duties will include:
- Ensuring a consistent and high quality customer experience for all clients and supporting MNsure navigators with relevant administrative activities.
- Greeting and directing clients in person and on the phone to appropriate departments.
- Use client management system to collect timely and accurate data during and after client encounters.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
